Mutta, jos poistan install-hakemiston häviää loputkin.

/includes/functions_display.php ainakin puuttuu ja joissain tiedostoissa on jotain moskaa ennen tai jälkeen aloitustagin.

Mitenkäköhän tuon saisi korjattua?

Lataa puhdas asennuspaketti phpbb.com:ista ja lähetä /includes/functions_display.php uudelleen palvelimelle.

Tuo "headers already sent" luultavasti johtuu edellisestä virheilmoituksesta, se korjautuu ylemmällä ohjeella.
